Master Plan

Master Plan, Unpacked

As a doctor, I’m motivated by data and science, evidence and research — and the latest skincare research clearly demonstrates that human growth factors, specifically the antioxidant-protecting genes SOD1 and SOD2, play vital roles in promoting healthy, youthful-looking skin. These growth factors (essentially healing proteins) are abundant in our bodies when we’re young, but as we get older we produce fewer.

Master Plan, epi.logic’s collagen renew growth factor serum, aims to offset this loss by packing SOD1, SOD2 and other rejuvenating genes into its proprietary formula, with the goal of speeding up cellular renewal, increasing epidermal thickness and mimicking the youthful turnover of collagen, elastic, fibrin and other structural skin elements. And whereas you previously had to visit a doctor’s office to receive such a boost, Master Plan delivers a daily, at-home dose, targeting dormant cells to restore their proper form and function in a short amount of time.

The upshot? With regular use, Master Plan diminishes fine lines and wrinkles, promotes firmer, smoother texture and minimizes the appearance of pores. As mentioned above, however, I believe in evidence, data and research, so I conducted a clinical study to verify its efficacy.

The Details:

Seventy female volunteers between the ages of 30 and 60 years old, whose faces exhibited fine lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet, pigmentation and sagging skin, were given either a placebo serum or Master Plan, without knowing which they received. They applied the provided product to their face twice daily and were measured on Day 0, Day 7, Day 14 and Day 30 for wrinkles, texture, pores, brown spots, red areas, UV spots and porphyrins.

The Results:

On average, participants who applied Master Plan experienced a 10% reduction in wrinkle depth and length by Day 7,16% reduction by Day 14 and 22% by Day 30. This significant change demonstrated a consistent trend toward the rejuvenating effects of Master Plan after just one week of use. By day 30, these participants’ skin tone also improved by statistically significant margins, due to reduction in melanin, tyrosinase and porphyrin production.

This empirical evidence, bolstered by testimony from my patients, explains why I believe human growth factors are the future of skincare — and why I gave Master Plan its name. It is a comprehensive and far-reaching (yet simple) plan of action for your complexion, no matter your age or skin type.
