The personally-identifiable information that we collect and that you provide is used for our business and operational purposes and the purpose for which you provided it, including but not limited to: (i) processing and fulfilling orders; (ii) responding to your requests or correspondence; (iii) sending you our newsletters and surveys; (iv) notifying you of promotions, products, services, content and events in which Company thinks you may be interested; and (v) managing your account. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. We retain information for as long as is required, allowed or we believe to be useful, but we are not otherwise obligated to retain information for any period of time. As you navigate our Site, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, and browsing actions and patterns. We collect this information through browser cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. It does not contain any personally-identifiable information. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by selecting the appropriate setting on your computer. Note, however, that refusing these cookies may restrict your access to certain parts of this Site. We also use cookies for “Refer a friend” programs or reward offers that you may participate in.  We use cookies to track the account sending the referral and to track whether the “friend” registers or makes a purchase so that the referrer can receive its reward or offer. NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS. Pursuant to California Code 1798.83, residents of the state of California have the right to request from companies conducting business in California a list of all third parties to which the Company has disclosed certain categories of personal information during the preceding year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes and the categories of personal information the Company shares. Alternatively, the law provides that a Company that has a privacy policy that provides consumer’s choice (opt-out or opt-in) regarding sharing personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes may instead provide information on how to exercise that choice, as Company does here by providing the choice to opt-out. How do you get my consent?

You consent to the collection of your information by accessing the Site. For some information, the only way to avoid collection is to not access the Site at all. You may opt out of behavioral tracking or behavioral advertising without losing access to this Site. When you provide us with information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting it and using it for that purpose. If you purchase any product or service on the Site, (each, a “Site Product”), you may be required to provide personal financial information including, without limitation, a credit or debit card numbers and other billing information (collectively, “Financial Information”) to third-party companies which provide payment processing services for, but are not affiliated with, Company (each such third-party service provider, a “Processor”). Where a Processor is responsible for collecting, transmitting and/or processing your Financial Information (and, in some instances, for fulfilling your order), all payment obligations for Site Products shall be governed by the terms of use/service and privacy policy(ies) of the applicable Processor. By purchasing a Site Product, you warrant that you are authorized to make the purchase using the form of payment card that you provide to the Processor. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Site Product. Company makes no warranty regarding, and accepts no liability for, any losses or damages whatsoever relating to or in connection with your purchase (or attempted purchase) of a Site Product via any Processor. You are solely responsible for any and all transactions utilizing your Financial Information, including, without limitation, any and all charges to your payment card(s). You acknowledge and agree that, if any Processor experiences a data breach that affects your Financial Information, Company will in no way be responsible or liable to you for such breach. You should maintain thorough records of all your purchase transactions on the Site. In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. At times, this may include personally-identifiable information. Your information may also be shared in order to prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of epi.logic’s Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law. Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. However, epi.logic is not responsible for personally-identifiable information that is transferred to a third party for processing. We take reasonable precautions to protect against the loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is never stored on your website. Our payment gateway gives this sensitive information directly to the payment processor. Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services. You use the Site at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security. Please do not divulge your password to anyone. Company will never ask you for your password by unsolicited phone call or unsolicited email.
