Shipping

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $75. U.S. orders under $75 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $6. For expedited shipping, fees are based on your order weight upon checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays.

To note: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our international shipping fee.

Returns

 We strive to deliver exceptional skincare formulated with high-quality ingredients for all skin types and tones. We accept the return of unused or gently used items for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery.* Shipping fees are not refundable. If you choose to use the prepaid label, $10 will be deducted from your refund amount. To initiate a return, please email hello@epilogicskincare.com. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for shipments to Canada, Europe, or other international destinations.
