Shipping

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $75. U.S. orders under $75 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $6. For expedited shipping, fees are based on your order weight upon checkout. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays.


International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our international shipping fee.

Returns

We strive to deliver exceptional skincare formulated with high-quality ingredients for all skin types and tones. We accept the return of unused or gently used items for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery.* Shipping fees are not refundable. If you choose to use the prepaid label, $10 will be deducted from your refund amount. To initiate a return, please email hello@epilogicskincare.com. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for shipments to Canada, Europe, or other international destinations.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.


15% Off Product Subscription

Receive 15% off your initial order when you sign up for a product subscription and 15% off every recurring order. By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring orders according to the delivery schedule you select. Subscriptions may be modified or canceled through your account after three delivery cycles have been completed. This offer does not apply to gift cards, previous purchases, applicable taxes, or shipping and handling. Returns of any portion of the purchase will require equal forfeiture of the offer or an amount equal to the offer. Not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
